These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of Maddie Automation (“the Service”), a social media content management and publishing tool. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
Maddie Automation provides tools for managing and publishing content to authorized creator accounts on supported social media platforms. The Service may integrate with third-party platforms through their official APIs and may perform actions only within the permissions granted by the authorized account owner.
3. Account Authorization
Users must have the authority to connect any social media account they authorize for use with Maddie Automation. By connecting an account, the user authorizes the Service to access and perform functions permitted by the permissions granted through the applicable platform.
Users may revoke platform authorization when that functionality is provided by the applicable platform.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that content managed or published through Maddie Automation complies with applicable laws, intellectual property rights, and the rules, policies, and terms of the platforms to which the content is submitted.
Users may not use the Service to engage in unlawful activity, unauthorized access, abuse of third-party services, or activity that violates applicable platform policies.
5. Third-Party Platforms
Maddie Automation may integrate with third-party platforms such as TikTok. These platforms are independently operated, and use of them remains subject to their own terms, policies, availability, and technical requirements.
Maddie Automation is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or other third-party platforms unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. Content
Users retain responsibility for content supplied to the Service. By providing content for processing or publication, the user authorizes Maddie Automation to process, transmit, upload, and publish that content as necessary to perform the requested functions.
7. Availability and Changes
The Service may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features that depend on third-party APIs or services may change or become unavailable as those platforms modify their systems, policies, or access requirements.
8. Security
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate security over accounts and credentials under their control. Users should promptly revoke access or take other appropriate action if they believe an authorized connection has been compromised.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranties are made regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with third-party services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Maddie Automation and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service, inability to use the Service, third-party platform actions, or unauthorized use outside the Service’s control.
11. Termination
Access to the Service may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated, if continued operation presents a security or legal risk, or if required by a third-party platform or applicable law.
Users may stop using the Service and revoke connected-platform authorization at any time.
12. Privacy
Information processed through the Service is handled in accordance with the Maddie Automation Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as the Service evolves or as necessary to reflect legal, technical, or operational requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
